Mary McCormack was an American actress best known for her portrayals as the main character in TV series such as "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Her roles in films are Private Parts, Deep Impact, True Crime, and ?1408$108. McCormack comes from an unrelated family. Her parents are clinical psychotherapist and the owner of an ice cream parlor. McCormack attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the divorce of her parents in 1990, she went to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. Her graduation was in the BA program for Comparative arts. At the beginning of her professional career, she was only twelve when she was on stage for the opera "Amahl's Night People". The actress continued her performances in theatres before landing a role that were on small screens and big. McCormack, today recognized as one of Hollywood's best artists. McCormack is married to producer and director Michael Morris and has three children.
